Have they fixed the Smokefire yet?

Hi everyone,

     I have been in the market for a pellet grill for some time, but where I live (Portugal) they haven't been available until recently. The Weber Smokefire has arrived in Europe! I remember when they were initially released in the US there were TONS of problems, with the augur, grease fires, connectivity issues just to name a few. I was just wondering if Weber has corrected these problems, or should I still stay away and wait awhile? Thanks for the input, I don't spend the $$$ until i hear from folks who know the real score!

There's a V2 out now that has all the fixes done to it. I ordered one last week

Great news! How can I tell if the ones on sale here are V1 or V2? I'm afraid the updated ones maybe haven't made it here yet... Good luck with your new grill!
