The new Rousse's Grocery Store open in Spanish Fort AL. I went there at lunch to look around hoping to find some Cajun delights... They have a small section
that is True LA. Stuffed chickens ,pork, etc...
I got alligator/pork sausage from Savoie's in Opelousas La . This is the good stuff we typically have to drive for. I also got a cream cheese- jalapeno stuffed pork loin wrapped in bacon and Cajun seasoned. I meant to get the crawfish, shrimp and cornbread stuffed but grabbed the wrong pkg. will have to go back... but I will give this a try
I can see I'm going to have to be careful in there!
