Uuni seared Tomahawk Chop
« Reply #-1 on: May 18, 2014, 08:59:54 PM »
Started with a couple pre-brined Tomahawk Pork Chops...

Then seasoned with some M-3...

Seared on the Uuni pizza oven for 4 minutes(2 minutes a side)...

Plated...

It was so good!!!
