got me some mo chicken and ap rub.  away we go.

onto #63 @ 275°



well, we got 3 hours into it.  time for some drapers



oh ya.  time to paint the back side. 



they look good.



look how nice that sauce sit on them ribs. 



all cut up.  these were good.   we stood at the counter and ate the whole rack.  yummy

Could you taste the rubs thru the sauce Sparky? I have never used the chicken on ribs....Good? The Super Pig Bacon Rub is great on ribs tho....

i cut a rib off of each one before i put the sauce on.  the mo chicken on the rib was great.  i'll try the super pig bacon one next time.  thanks for the tip.   8)

the ap rub was a bit saltly to the finger taste but on the ribs not so much.  the sauce was good.  want to try it on some pork butt.  i liked it better than blues hog sauce.  i can't really rate something until i use up the entire bottle or jar of it.   i am having fun though.
