Can't say I have ever seen grape leaves used in pickles. I'm going to have to talk with my Hutterite connection.

Wow, both batches look beautiful!  And now I have to go open up that one lone jar of Claussen's I've been saving in the fridge.

I'll have to ask at the grocery store if I can get some pickling cukes.  A couple gallons in my fridge wouldn't hurt my feelings at all.

They just get better by the day!!Still fantastic crunch.

I can attest to the fact that smoker_Pete's pickles are absolutely delicious.  The jar he gave us didn't last long!
