Seasoned the chicken thighs with Mo'-Rockin' Chickin seasoning and wrapped some Indian corn from the farmers market with bacon and onto the Yoder with some apple smoke.

The chicken and corn were excellent but I have to say the creamy broccoli/cauliflower salad my wife put together was unbelievable, I am not big on salad but really want this salad again!

Creamy Broccoli / Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 bunch broccoli florets - broken into pieces
1 head, cauliflower - broken into pieces
3 carrots, shredded
1 sweet onion, diced
8 oz shredded, cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Dressing
4 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 c Hellman's mayo
1/2 c sugar
