Here's a few pictures of some of the first cooks off my Big Joe.
Aged ribeyes were hot and fast about 750 degrees

Than a couple of 700 degree calzones

A few riblets low and slow. Grill Grates well seasoned, check.

nicely done. everything looks great. tell me about the calzones? i love that you can stuff anything in a calzone. i have found making pizza dough isn't easy to get it right.

It was only my second attempt at making my own dough. I gave up on it a couple of years ago and decided I was going to make it work. Followed a simple pizza a dough recipe off the internet that had honey in it and used corn meal on counter and it turned out great.
