Title: Goose breast

Today's lunch was goose breast. It was seasoned with salt and pepper, then grilled over high indirect heat. Plated up with red cabbage and potato dumpings.

It looks amazing the colour and the skin looks so crispy .
And you add the best German combo  " Kartoffeln und gekochtem Kohl "

Haven't been brave enough to try goose yet.   My mother's family tradition was roast goose for Christmas dinner.   Have not even looked for them in the stores--think I'll do that and try one-probably in the SRG to begin with--hard to ruin things in it!
