Post by: Keymaster on August 04, 2012, 11:12:18 PM
Neighbors wanted their dogs cooked and so we shared dogs and ribs. I cooked these ribsat 425° F for an hour in foil and about an hour over coals. they actually came out good fall off the bone ribs.

Nice ribs Key!

How did the neighbors feel when they came to get their dogs next to your ribs?

I imagine a little BBQ envy ;)

I gave them some ribs as its just the wife and I. They enjoyed them and I passed on the dogs. I have the best neighbors in the world on one side of my house  :) I would do anything  for them and they have been their for me thats for sure.

Definitely worth handing some ribs over then!!  I have never cooked ribs at such a high temp before. Sure looks like it works!!

Yah that was a first for me at such high temps, I usually go 4 hours at 275° F. I had to get them done kinda quick, glad it worked :)
