Title: 2 butts

Hi all!  I'll be doing 2 butts on the kamado today. One for pulled pork tonight and one for shredded pork tacos Sunday. I'd rather do 2 cooks but time won't allow it.
For the pulled pork I used regular Famous Dave's rub because I like it.

For the tacos I used salt, pepper, onion, chili and cayenne pepper. This is a trial run for me so I'm hoping it comes out good.

Tonight's dinner. I am happy with the results as is my daughter. Butt for tacos pics to follow.

Very nice. I'll take two. Tried getting a butt today for tomorrow but going last minute is never good.
