Title: Seared Rib-Eyes
Post by: muebe on March 29, 2016, 11:15:27 AM
Seared a couple small Rib-Eyes on the Cook-Air grill loaded with Hickory and DEFCON 5. Always makes a great steak!

Those things look beautiful.

How long does a piece of wood last on DEFCON 5?

Hunk of wood will last 10 to 15 minutes. Enough time to grill a steak and then some.

That is one fine looking plate!   Everything looks great, but the crust on those steaks is killer!
