Fantastic Mike! I just finished dinner a couple hours of go but this definitely makes me hungry!

All looks great Mike!

Anything special - that you can tell us about these cooks? Any special techniques or recipes?  Just asking.....hungry minds want to know all the tips and tricks! ;D

The shrimp were coated in garlic and herb butter then seasoned, and given a quick sear.

The ABTs were stuffed with cheese so they just needed a quick grilling

The steaks were seasoned with Big Poppas Money rub and smeared with crushed garlic.

Mike your salads always look great too. Just some vinegar dressing?/   Be it simple or not great side salads.....but the steak is king ;D
