Fattie Fattie 2x4...   :D :D
 
 
Got 2 seasoned up and a small amount of cure mixed. 1 with shredded smoked cooper cheese mixed in (top one). Freezing the other for later in the month.

Was getting ready to head to KY, Only got 1 pic of it finished. Time got away from me and it got kinda crispy but my wife liked it while i was gone.
