Wasn't planning on posting this cook but I'm really liking those Beechwood chunks I picked up a couple of months ago.
A light sweet smoke that I really like with seafood.

Only one thing missing...the recipe.... ;) ;D If you have one - or can offer approximations Bob...it really looks like something a lot of us would try to make.

Looks awfully tasty BB! I love salmon loaf and not much better than raiding the fridge and finding a cold slab of salmon loaf to put on a couple slices of good bread topped with a dollup of Cajun mayo! :P
