We love us some smash burgers. This is really the only way we eat burgers at home now that I think about it. Also made some onion rings. This onion was massive as you can tell. Thanks for looking.

Why certainly.
1 cup all-purpose flour and 1 cup seasoned flour
3 egg whites
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Now for the seasoned flour I used Kentucky Kernel. You may not be able to find it where you live. Technically you could just 2 cups of flour and just season yourself but to me, it never gets seasoned properly that way. With the seasoned flour you don't need to worry about adding your salt and pepper. So this is a double dip kind of senerio. Mix up your wet stuff. Dip your onion, then in the flour, then in your liquid, then back in the flour. Then in the fryer. Maybe that's more than double dip. Lol They are the best onion rings. Enjoy! Thanks all for the kind words!

Steph - and..this is my fault, ...I should have asked if you could post that to the recipes ( Sides) section...Can you copy and paste it there? That way it will not get lost as will happen in the General Section because of so many posts....( Having them in both places is better than not being able to find it when you need it!) :)
Thank you. I want to make these ;)

Sure. No problem.

Thanks Steph - I think many people will host a glass in your direction when they find your recipe and taste this 'rings. They look perfect.

Thank you! I put it in the side dish section. Hope that works.
I see that's where you said to post it. My eyes get away from me sometimes. Lol
