Grilled some steaks for part of Mothers Day dinner.

Made a compound butter with Italian herbs and clarified butter.

Seasoned with course salt and pepper.

Cranked the Kamado to around 650 degrees. Seared on the CI grate. Shut the vents down, moved to indirect side, topped with the compound butter until it reached desired I.T.
