Seasoned up some fresh caught trout and grilled them using the rotisserie.

Spun over the hot coals for around 20 minutes. Came out moist and flaky. Served with rice and veggies.
Hard to beat fresh caught fish.

Thanks. This was the first time I used Big Dicks Big Kahuna on fish and it added great flavor without overpowering it.
