Title: Ribs & spuds
Post by: Roget on September 15, 2017, 11:49:04 AM
Did a rack of ribs in the Bradley last night.

Sauced with Sweet Baby Ray's (good stuff)

Plated with boiled potatoes & homemade bread.

I mis-read my clock & didn't cook them as long as I usually do, so they had a tad more bite than I prefer, but they still were very good.

I have not.

Can you get enough smoke on them to notice it? (SRG obviously)
How long do they take to cook??

Any pictures of ribs in the SRG or TBE???

30m to 35 naked, then rub and wrap with foil, cook another 40 to 45 mins then unwarp and cook another 15 mins or so to tighten them up

Oops!!!
The Photobucket strikes again. :( :(

So... About 1 1/2 hours to fully cook?
Is that SRG? High heat??
