Received a gift box of Sriracha Stix for Christmas.

Tried them in some Spam. The ends you see sticking out were broken off and stuck in the top of the Spam loaf.

Put the loaf in the Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer on 200* convection bake for an hour to release and spread the sriracha jalapeno flavor. Then switched to air fry and browned the spam

This turned out really good. The flavor and texture were totally different than just slicing the spam straight out of the can. I think if I were blindfolded I would have never guessed it was Spam

Thanks everyone.
I will definitely be doing this again. But I think next time I'll do the slow bake on the keg with some hickory for smoke and then finish in the air fryer. Similar to the wings I did here:

Looks good to me.
I slice my spam, smoke it, vacuum seal it, freeze it, then for breakfast I put it in the air fryer for about six minutes.
Serve with eggs and toast. (or make sandwiches) Makes a great breakfast.
I love Spam. :D :D

Ooooooooooo Yessssssssss! Everything's better with Sriracha ;D
Heck, for those of us that don't have air fryers just slap some slabs of Spam in a skillet and fry 'em up with several squirts of that delicious red elixir! Toss in three or four fried eggs, too. Some nice, toasty hashbrowns woud go well with it, too. And, how about a big bowl of buttery grits and a chunk of sharp cheddar cheese. Oh, and maybe several nice flaky biscuits. Don't forget a stack of pancakes. May need a few more slices of Spam now that this has grown a bit. but something's missing. Hmmmmmmm. Oh, yeah, now I remembrer . . .
