Title: Country Ribs on the Pit Boss

Put the Boss to work today.

Came out so tender and flavorful!

Those look great.  What internal temp did you cook them too??
195 degrees. I read on this forum somewhere that when you cook em to that temp the collagens practically melt away, which in these ribs it did just that.

What did you sauce those with. They look great.
On these I used Stubbs Sticky Sweet.

I first rubbed them with Webers Dry Rub and then sauced them towards the end of the cook so the sugars in the sauce didn't burn.

I want to cook some in the Akorn.

What was the cooking temp?
I smoked them for about 2 hours on the smoke setting, wife doesn't like anything too smokey, then cranked the temp to 250 for another hour. The final hour was set at 325. Pulled em when the IT reached 195.

They were so flavorful and tender.
