Tonight’s dinner was a pretty common one that we enjoy. It was cooked over lump charcoal on the Weber kettle.
-A bunch of sliced up Aidells chicken apple sausage
-Chopped asparagus
-Chopped bell pepper
-Diced potatoes
-EVOO as needed
-Lightly seasoned with an all purpose seasoning.
All of it cooked in a few stages in a 17” cast iron pan, and then reincorporated.
Super easy and always a weeknight hit.
