Hello to fellow bbq'ers. I bbq/smoke mainly on a KJ Classic but still use the UDS on occasion. Although I'm involved in bbq as a judge I concentrate my own cooking on making a good supper. I'm hoping to continue learning new techniques and recipes here. Thanks in advance.
