Lets make a Way Out West onion, Peel the onion and cut the ends off, Push the center out....

Cut the skinny end of the part you pushed out and discard then take the big piece jamb that sucker back in the onion like a cork. You will now have a onion with a hole in the center with a place you will insert a buillon cube and fill the rest with butter.

Now put a hefty amount of Way out West seasoning/Rub on the onion, You be the Judge :)

Foil it up good for the 1 hour ride it will take in the Q

Lets do the tators, Olive oil and a nice salt and pepper rub.....

Onto the grill for a one hour ride at 375° F.
