Title: Another Tri Tip
Post by: Scallywag on July 07, 2013, 06:57:28 PM
Got home from a week at the trailer and only had a tri tip in the freezer to cook. Life's rough.. Lol. Rubbed with BPS Money and cooked at 225 till it hit 140. A little well done for me but the Mrs likes hers more on the done side.

I like a good 48 hour wood chip soak in a vintage Chardonnay or Riesling....you can really taste the difference ???
