Rubbed with some Rufus Treags that Sparky sent me... made a smoke pouch with Pecan wood

It's the only way I can get the boys to eat greens.. They already hate peas. Go figure!

I like the little green things.  your bird looks really nice.  how did you like the rufus rub?  you digging cooking on that green bbq.  your getting better at it all the time partner.  nice cook.   8)
