ya,  what a great cook scally.  which rub did you and the family like?  love the mac and cheese.  great ribs my friend.  no milk?  love the beer kosy.  it sure looks nice that in your yard.  no snow yet?

Very nice Scally!  What could be better?  The Sun, football, good food, friends/family, and a few beverages....
With all this good clean living we're doin' we all might live to be 150.    ;)

and that's why jack and me are the cute ones.  milk, it does a body good. 

heh scally, what temp on your egg?  is it easy to control the temp w/ it?  have you done a butt yet on it?

Ran between 250-275.. I find it pretty easy to control the temp. Once its going it holds a really steady temp.

How long have you been using the ceramic cooker?  Looks like you have some experience with it.

I have only used it a handfull of times.. pretty easy to figure out though.
