Title: Chicken wings

Only a simple dinner: chicken wings low & slow smoked with apple wood, then tossed in sauce and crisped up a bit over direct heat.

I have bagged chicken wings and a frozen pizza in the oven right now.  I would sure rather have those.

WC I think we are on a wing cycle. Did mine yesterday and I think you posted yours the last time I did some. Love the way they look
