Title: Below Freezing Pizza

It's been awhile since I used the Uuni oven so tonight my son said dad make a pizza for dinner.  :-\  Well now i'm not big on freezing me *ss off but hey the boy wants a pizza. So with the temps going down with every minute I waste it was off to the garage and get that Uuni going.

I been pre cooking my crust and its been working out very well for me. This one I coated the bottom with olive oil and the bottom came out nice and crisp.

Pepperoni, mushrooms, ground beef, black and green olives, onion, & summer sausage.

I let that oven warm up for 30 minutes and because its so ficken cold it never got over 700 degrees F. I was hoping for the temps muebe gets with his but he does have a advantage over me with the weather. It all worked out well and my son and I ate very well tonight.  :)

Just up from Duluth Minnesota Pam. Not very far acoss the Canadian/US border. Just up the road from Northshore. He is on one side of the border I am on the other.  ;)

Great looking pizza!

Maybe a welding blanket on top of the Uuni might help ::)

When it is that cold I am impressed it gets hot enough to cook a pizza ???
