BCS: Bradley Countertop Smoker

Just 1 rack. Had to cut them and used 1 BCS rack. PL 5 with hickory pucks. Head country for the rub.

I did my ribs in oven tonight.  Just thought I would let the snow sit for another day.  Yours sure look better than mine did.

Ok I will ask only because I am going back to -40C again. Your ribs spent no time in a smoker? If so NP I would like to try this and know more

Great lookin ribs Rick  :P  :P ...  I think that's the first posting I've seen of the Bradley counter top.  Looks like an easy unit to use and perfect for your RV.
