This was my holiday grazing cook.  There will be leftovers for the weekend.  :D

I knew I was smelling smoke coming from the north part of the Metroplex. Great looking food, I didn't see enough for your family though so I guess that was just your plate and they got the macaroni salad? ;D

I have found that tri-tip gets a really nice natural smoke ring when smoked.  This was nothing but Cattleman's (i.e. no TQ) and pecan smoke.
