First cook in this new year started at midnight: pulled pork with FSB!



9:20 am:



Ready at 2:50 pm.



First pulled pork sandwich 2015 with cole slaw and onion crunch.

That was a store bought German style cole slaw. I tossed it into a strainer and washed off most of the dressing. Then I added some mayonnaise, mustard and a bit of ketchup, sugar, celery seeds, some chopped onions and tomatoes to taste - no special recipe. ;)

My own cole slaw recipe can be found here.

This onion crunch consists of crispy fried and dried onions.
