I JUST received an e-mail on my phone from them about that map and came in here to check it out. Thought I'd update the presentations here first.
I'm glad to know some of y'all are getting ideas from Chef Steps. Some of their stuff is kinda "high-brow" as we'll call it down here, but still their ideas are very helpful. PLUS, I like the way the explain the what and why of it all.
