I was suppose to BBQ this meat last night but was to tired, so I did it tonight ;) Wifey made the teriyaki sauce all by her self.... It was awesome.



 On to the BBQ it goes :)



All done and ready for the bowl..



I mixed some asparigus in with the mix and some Japanese rice seasoning, Best dinner I had in a while!!!

A very nice "non-BBQ" on a grill. I love to ses our outdoor cooking gear used to make dishes that most folks think should be made indoors.

Just one question...HOW did you keep the rice from falling thru the grates......( hears the whistle of rotten tomatoes flying thru the air....)

It was round steak but the wife had the butcher cut it thin.
