Ribs for the game..........
« Reply #-1 on: February 01, 2015, 09:10:04 PM »
Made some ribs for the Super Bowl tonight.

One rack with sauce one without. I am guess I am one of the oddball people who dont like ribs with sauce on them.

Smoked with Sassafras, Spices were, Fresh Cracked Pepper, Tatonka Dust, Sea Salt, Mrs Dash, Oregano, Parsley Flakes.

I'll take the other half racks off your hands.  We'll see if Smoke and Art can come to an agreement on which is better.

Dry ribs are good now and then, but I like my ribs sauced (not to mention how good they look).  So, I'll take a few of those please... if there are any left.

I like dry rubbed ribs better myself. Plus people can sauce their's after if they want.

Both racks look excellent!

Thanks everyone, unfortunately there was none left.  >:( I was hoping to have left-overs for lunch today, but no dice!!

I gotta ask, how was the Tatonka Dust on those pork ribs??

I thought it was very good, I couldnt decide what I wanted to put on them. So that got the calling.
