Celebrated with the CEO early as we have obligations tomorrow. So, boneless skinless in a marinade all day. Goya Mojo Crio which I spice up some with a Tbsp of Crushed Red Pepper and a lot of garlic diced up.



On the OTG indirect then when just about there a quick sear
