Just had to try it. The visions and thoughts of a 200 degree internal temp Tri-Tip has dominated my thoughts and deep internal fears of having a wonderfully smoked speed bump!!

Tri on the left was rubbed with Olive Nation Western Frontier Rub and the other was rubbed with Garlic Garni and Marshalls Creek Pot Roast Rub.
Using the Chicken Cooker cause my little bro is gone for a couple of weekends so we kept the Cooker at my place
Cooker is running around 230 and tossed on an Apple mini-split for smokey goodness!!!!
