Nothing fancy and not a long explanative post  :o, is that even a word.  ;D ??? Here are the pics with a few comments.

Mr. Bradley was out today to take care of a fattie.


Red beans and rice stuffed inside some ground beef and italian sausage combo, wrapped in bacon.










Picnic Roast in the Traeger along with one BB Slab for the kids










Here it is all plated, dont let the look of the fattie fool ya, its was delicious. Yeah, I ate some of the left over rice and beans on the side.

That "fattie - bomb" looks awesome with the red beans and rice. The pork and the ribs look great too!
