Noticing the expiration date - so much for that bread I was going to make later today.
On with a Fall friendly cook. Smoky White Chicken Chili. (or bean soup for the purists)

Open and dump all the red stuff in, add Cumin, lots of garlic and White Pepper.
We'll let that cruise at 250° for a while, then add the beans and proteins.
