it was developed to help 3rd world folks with limited cooking fuels
they mold them out of concrete
build them out of cinder block
weld them out of steel
all sorts of materals
this is a super simple one made out of two pieces of square tubing stock

the stove is all about the efficiency of the vertical shaft fed by the horizontal feeder / air chamber (under the fuel)

there's even a fold up pocket model
