I had the day off today so i thought I would BBQ some Ribs :)
Got the Primo Ceramic grill going

I seasoned the ribs with Johnnys seasoning and pepper.

On the Grill

It's a Primo Oval Senior

Were gonna run those ribs at 275° F for 4-1/2 hours no foil and no fruit juices cause cowbowys and locksmiths don't got foil ;)

After about 4 and a half hours

All sliced up, see the pinky on the winky :D I was pretty damb proud

And finally plated , Thanks for hangin in there and watchin!!!

Note: I only put BBQ sauce on 3/4 of the ribs cause Mama don't like BBQ sauce :-[

Thanks Everybody!!
Sparky,  I like my primo for slow cooks and baking but if I just want to  grill a steak I don't like spending more time lighting the grill than I do cooking the steak. I turn to my SRG for grillin steaks and such but love all my children equally besides my son of a hibachi that burnt me once ;D ;D
