Another Cook-Air picture show...

















This cook I did use the low setting of DEFCON 2 with the lid on for 30 minutes. Only had to add a couple chunks of wood during that time. I did not start with a large fire. Great smokey flavor to them. The Cook-Air did very well!

That looks good.  Is the stuffing a bread stuffing?  I cannot get enough jamaican/caribbean flavors I would be all over that.

I would've never guessed that that thing could put out such great looking food. But its not the grill its the guy behind the grill that putting out the great meals.  You make it look easy!   :)
