Started with two tails and a 4 bite shrimp left for several hours in a brine...



And a rib-eye steak coated with money rub and a smear of crushed garlic...



Onto the Cook-Air. Tails and shrimp coated in garlic and herb butter...





All plated...

I don't know which is more impressive; the size of that shrimp or the amazing job that grill does!

Either way, when Tommy gets there to keep it all warm, make sure he doesn't eat my half!  ;D
