Finally get to use my Cook-Air Grill
« Reply #-1 on: May 20, 2016, 11:00:25 PM »
With the nice weather I get to use my Cook-Air in my deck. I have 8 foot by 8 foot sheets of plexiglass that cover my screens for the winter. Now that they are off the smoke can escape. I got some nice strip loins for my first spring cook along with some baked potatoes. I used Bourbon barrel chunks along with some Mesquite wood chips for flavor. Cooked at DEFCON 5.

Baked potato with butter, sour cream, bacon and chives. Only half the steak each so we can have steak and eggs for breakfast.

Company coming this weekend and they will get to grill Lamb skewers themselves at the table. No work for me. I just get to drink and be merry. I love this grill.
