I got mine last week and like it, even tho I ran out of fuel, so after you get it going..add more fuel,  don't ask me how I know.. just sayin.  Mine's red too.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Yes you can. It comes with a tool to lift the grill and diffuser together. Just drop in a couple hunks and continue cooking.

About to pull the pin on this,, I didn't see the wood pucks for sale on Cabela's site. Do you need to use the wood pucks or can you use something else?

I like the Cowboy brand of chunks. Weber chunks are just about the same size and should work as well if you can find em............

Because of the fan I think the fire will be too hot for pucks. It would burn too quick.
