A Thanksgiving Turducken from 2009.  I love that EZ-Que.  I don't know why that company went out of business. 

Large Big Green Egg, Traeger BBQ075, NBBD, La Caja China, Brinkman All-In-One, Weber Q200, Weber Q220, Weber Q320, WSM, and more Weber kettles than I care to admit.

did you debone everything yourself? I never tried a duck or turfkey tho, but can handle a chicken..probably the same way..only bigger  Pam ★*˚°。°.

Nope, I bought it pre made.  But it came out great.
