Stuffed chicken breasts
« Reply #-1 on: January 13, 2013, 09:43:44 AM »
Today I cooked stuffed chicken breasts and a stuffed bell pepper half. The chicken breasts were stuffed with bell pepper, scallions and a cream of cream cheese, chopped bell pepper, onions, red pepper and sriracha. With the leftover cream I stuffed a half bell pepper.
