Yesterday morning I put about a 17 pound turkey on the Pit Boss to roast while I had planned to cut the grass at least out front. It has rained here every day since the last cutting and was way overdue. Well, before I could get something else done and get to cutting the sky opened up. I hate cutting wet grass so I waited a while and went for it before it rained again. Got the front cut and even got the back cut. In between the turkey was done so I brought it inside. I ate later and found it to be one of the better turkeys cooked on a pellet cooker.
Only a picture of it right before I took it off the grill.
