While football has been a bit of a struggle these last 20 years, BBQ is stronger than ever in Nebraska. Unfortunately I am currently fighting Multiple Myeloma (cancer of the blood plasma) so my bbq game is on hold for a while. I enjoy reading all of the great posts so that when I am up to the task I can make up for lost time! I have way too many outdoor cooking appliances, but what can I say, big boys and their toys. I recently picked up a used Blackstone flat top and a NOS char-broil Big Easy SRG that I haven't even got to use yet. Looking forward to better days cooking as well as some respectful Husker football.
