thats a fine meal right there.  1st class all the way.  i love the sauce.  ribs lood fantastic.  good color and ring.  i'll use that idea w/ the potatoes.   8)

That sure does look good KM, a great cook! I love the onions that way. I don't wrap mine in foil but leave the outer skin on, if you don't you waste the outer layer anyway, gets tough. Nice photos! Don
