Great looking chicken!

I agree, that stuff is GREAT on chicken - I think I will have that on the grill this week in fact.  I will try seasoning it and letting it rest in the fridge a few days this time around.

I did chicken with Mo' Rockin' rub on it a few months back.   Took the chicken placed it in a gal size zip lock bag set it in the fridge for 2 day then cooked it killer stuff!

Tim told me how to do this last year so thinking about it one day I gave it a shot and he's right (for once)  ;) ???
